Karen Simmons, Graphic Design & Layout

Karen Simmons is a graphic designer for PSA. She specializes in print design and layout and handled all PSA’s direct mail design work during the 2010 Election Cycle. Her experience also extends to corporate and non-profit marketing design work.

Karen began her career working for American Insurance Marketing Services as a supply clerk and two years in discovered that the company desperately needed someone in-house to create all of their marketing materials. Mainly self-taught and determined to help the company, Karen began continuing education courses and discovered and grew her graphic design talents over the next 7 years.

In 2007, Karen moved to Sarasota, FL where she worked for Miles Media, an Addy award winning company who produces all media for Visit Florida, the official CVB of Florida.

In 2008, Karen returned to her hometown of Montgomery to be closer to her family and to start a family of her own. Karen is married to Michael Simmons and they have a daughter, McKinney Simmons.
